Shipping, Sales and Other Interesting Info….
All our parcels are sent tracked to ensure delivery.
We process orders the day we receive them and couriers usually deliver within 3 days
UK SHIPPING
Shipping is £4.99 for all parcel sizes delivered to the UK, so however many items are in your parcel you don’t need to worry about large shipping costs when you checkout. For orders where the net items total £100 or more delivery is FREE.
We use Evri and APC-Overnight tracked deliveries for most parcels and sometimes Royal Mail 48-Hour Tracked for very small parcels/letter-size deliveries.
Delivery is usually 1 – 3 days.
Northern Ireland deliveries can sometimes take up to 4 working days but new post-Brexit protocols seem to be speeding things up a little. We continue to monitor deliveries.
Please note orders involving multiple items may arrive in more than one parcel.

Please note that fragile or bulky items may be put in a higher bracket than their actual weight so they can be sent with more packaging.
We ship all orders within 1 working day (the same working day if the order is received before noon), except for Christmas – it can take a day or two longer at this time. We do add extra staff to packing and posting at this time of year but we ask that you submit orders early as it’s also likely that the shipping services will also be stretched. We post delivery cut-off dates nearer the time.
We do NOT include any paperwork in the parcel – no invoice, no pricing, nada (we’re aiming to be as eco-friendly as we can) – so you can send parcels to friends and family without having to worry about them knowing how much you spent!
If you need copies of order details you’ll need to open an account with us (simple and quick online auto-registration) BEFORE you place an order, and then you can download copies of orders, etc from within your account.
Customer Service
If you use our email address to contact us it is read by a real human not a bot nor AI. It will be read in full and responded to by a human. We do not outsource our customer service to AI, robots or foreign customer service companies. We value you and your custom and are happy to receive your emails and offer any help or assistance you may need.

Our Mission Statement is to sell good quality giftware and provide a safe and enjoyable online shopping experience – we use well known payment processors so you may be comfortable with making online payments. You can either pay via your account or checkout as a guest using credit/debit cards without needing to open an account. The same applies to our website – you can open an account and sign up to our newsletter as you wish, or make purchases as a guest.
We are based in the UK and, at the moment, ship just to the UK – we plan to extend to more areas in the future.
